Product Returns Policy
Returns Form
Our return policy is simple. We will
pickup your return and credit your account 100% no matter whose fault. The
following criteria apply. Please fill out and submit the form below or
call Customer Service at 770-449-4787
Food Products are Non-Returnable!
- All merchandise must be in its original undamaged packaging with all
inserts.
- All merchandise returns and exchanges, excluding furniture, may be
returned within (10) business days, from date of invoice.
- A "Credit Memo" must be issued by our Customer Service Department
for an item to be picked up and credited to your account. This can be
obtained by calling Customer Service or over the Internet. The pick up
will be done within 5 business days, except in the case of furniture,
which will be picked up as soon as possible.
- Furniture orders may be returned within five (5) business days in
their original packaging, from date of invoice.
- Furniture requiring assembly may not be returned, once it has been
assembled.
- Furniture ordered from the factory may not be cancelled, once the
order has been placed with the factory.
- Furniture ordered from the factory may not be returned, under any
condition.
- Special ordered products, not in our current catalog, may not be
returned unless they are damaged.
- Electronic merchandise may be returned within five (5) business
days, from date of invoice.
- Electronic merchandise must be in its original packaging with all
accessories and manual
- Custom orders and open software are not returnable
